"I thought the property was beautiful and really well maintained, particularly the outside areas, the landscaping, the pool etc. Also, the staff is excellent. I loved the fact that someone rushed to help me with my bags as I was getting off the bus, the lovely person at the check-in desk who was very kind and the concierge who was super helpful with suggestions for places to go. I think the best feature about the hotel is its staff. Naturally I loved the location, which I thought was very convenient. The only thing I didn't experience was the dining options, I thought the prices were quite prohibitive, even for an upscale place, but that is not to say that I think it wasn't excellent - I just didn't try it. Would love to return there and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a resort-like hotel that is more than just a place to sleep."

"Free parking at the hotel. Minimal amenities, but that’s exactly what we didn’t care about to stay here. We wanted a quiet hotel with free and easy parking (Jeju can have some tight, difficult to park in spaces), and a clean, modern hotel. This fit the bill. Happy with the stay. No issues. Some may not like the lack of temperature adjustment in the rooms, but it was fine for us. "

"This is definitely a family resort. They have performance at the main pool every night to keep the kids and adults entertained. They also have an above 19 pool area which is great for couples. The hotel has shown some age but it wins on service and facilities. "
