I did not like asking for the towel every time. We reserve for 4 people but they keep giving us only 3 towels. Same thing for the bottled water. The room is spacious and the location is nice with restaurants nearby.

The hotel is in a great location, very close to the surfing beach and various tourist attractions. It's a lovely complex, with a shop, small gym and pool (heated, but only open in certain months). The room we had was fine - slightly tired (stained carpets and various worn areas of the room), and didn't smell great, but we weren't there much and it did the job. The staff were friendly, but I didn't find them that helpful (when asking for a nail salon suggestion for example). We also had a frustrating time in one of the on site restaurants, where they overcharged us for a really basic pasta dish - we tried to argue it but got nowhere. Worth noting that the restaurants are both quite pricey unless you order the Korean sharer food. But there's some good restaurants nearby (would recommend the local Thai!). Overall it's a nice hotel, a little worn, but pleasant and does the job if you're there exploring Jeju.

Beautiful location
Everything was absolutely perfect. The staff was really friendly the room was very spacious and clean and the hotel is perfect distance from the beach. We really enjoyed our stay here :)

The hotel is located in JungMun tourist district with many stores and restaurants around, close to beach. The staffs in hotel were friendly and nice. But I think that they may need more custodians and deep cleaning in the bathroom for sink and bathtub. When I came back to hotel in the afternoon, around 2pm, my room had not been cleaned. Overall staying in this hotel was good.

It was very good staying. i checked in late and my daughter was sleep, a front desk staff helped me to carry my luggage from car. helped me check in process. only thing i would like to comment. 1. breakfast : i stay in the Suites hotel since last year, but breakfast food quality is getting bad. there was actually nothing much to eat for me and my daughter. 2. i was informed that hotel was remodelled 3 years ago, but i find lot of molds and scratches in room. also on the ceiling of bathtub, there seems to be a ventilation, but its very open (unable to close it). feels unsafe as there are many news on hidden cameras. 3. i understand of heating is lot of cost, but swimming pool was just cold water. overall, i like staying in Suite hotel, but above things may need to be reconsider. thanks to all the staff and i will come back!

I liked every staff. They were friendly. I liked my room, but due it’s been a quite year of hotels, walls were crumbled, mattress was bit uncomfortable (woke up w bad backache). I hope hotel do some redo of hotel facilities. I hope I get to stay in same room next time. Thanks to The Suite Hotel!

중문에 있어서 접근하기 편했습니다. 미니바쪽에 청소가 조금 덜되어 있기는 하였으나 나머지 부분은 청소도 잘되어 있고 좋았습니다.

Great family or business hotel. Quiet and comforta
Located in the middle of Joongmoon tour district, South Jeju Island. Hotel is family oriented with access to many restaurant and stores in walking distance. Hotel has a small pool and spa offering massage service which priced better than local venue with coupon from hotel. Quiet and clean. Breakfast buffet is overpriced. Stayed duplex and it was great for me and my mom. Great for family or business stay. An hour drive from Jeju airport.

A bit disappointing, lacking character
We booked the hotel on the basis that it had a swimming pool, albeit seasonal. What we didn’t realise is that seasonal meant just July and August so perhaps the description could be described as misleading. It was a soulless place, perfectly clean and comfortable. We also thought we’d booked a spa tub in the room but turned out to be a shower, large space but underwhelming. We had very little interaction with hotel staff except for the nice waiter on our first night in the La Terrasse restaurant. All the on-site restaurants were not really used, not surprisingly given the pricing and we went out to various places for breakfast where we ate for 4 adults for just a little more than the cost for 1 at the hotel. It’s disa for the hotel that they don’t incentivise guests to eat in. We had asked where we could find restaurants locally at reception when we arrived and were sent on a wild goose chase, hence why we ate in the hotel first night. There is plenty around, quite a bit in walking distance (less than a mile/1.5k) but advise a drive round in daylight to get bearings.

Don't bother...
I booked this hotel for my girlfriend's birthday last weekend as a surprise. I specifically booked this to chill by the pool - as it turns out this is still closed and full of leaves/green, something only discovered as we went to check in. This despite all the other hotels in the areas (The Shilla, etc.) having their pools open and your website had loads of pictures promoting the pool, facilities, etc. The hotel proceeded to blame Hotels.com for incorrectly listing their details correctly. A refund has still not provided, despite me emailing three days ago and receiving the bounce-back reply of "Your email will be responded to within 24 hours". Personally, if you have a choice, I wouldn't bother with this hotel or this website., to be frank.

The hotel was just ok. They have a pool but is opening in July, which was a shame. But it’s a good hotel for the value.

Weak Internet Availability
The internet access is one of the lowest connectivity we had came across in Korea. The internet connection is very inter-mitten when you are using just even with 2 gadgets. The management needs to upgrade their services in term of speed and accessibility.

cleanness is poor
the cleanness is really poor, especially the carpet with a lot of stains. And the smell in the room is a little muddy. we have no choice but to pay for the cancellation fee which is equals to one night's price and finding a different hotel. The staff on the other hand was very helpful and nice. Too bad the room didn't do the justice.

Food around the area
About 10 min walk to a small complex where you can get food at a reasonable price. 5 more min walk to Starbucks and a cafe called Twosome Place where you can get a good breakfast set for 5,000W. Opens at 8 am. They have awesome deserts too! Buffet Breakfast in the hotel is expensive. Staff at hotel reception are nice and helpful and can communicate in English.

Avoid this hotel if you have other choices
Overall horrible stay. First, none of the front desk ladies can speak even basic English. Second, very noisy in the morning. One can easily hear the noise from the corridor. I heard the sound of my next door turning on/off their lights. Third, poor service. We have two people, but they only gave us one room card. No instant coffee is provided in the room. Room not very clean. We found some ants and insects in the room. The revolving door one need to push it to get in.
