What kind of thing is accumulated down there ! « Pas d’eau chaude pour prendre une douche après 16 heures de route. Le personnel savait mais nous l’a dit seulement aores avoir payé ( bris aqueduc municipal ? ) . Aucun crédit pour cet inconvénient majeur »

« I prepaid for a room. Room wasn’t ready at check-in. We were told the lot was full and we had to figure something else out. Have a parking spot during a busy concert weekend is one of the reasons we picked to stay there. After the concert, waited 1.5 hours to get out of the garage we finally found a spot in. Went back to the hotel and was told they don’t have a room for us (supposedly because of a pipe issue, but more likely they overbooked). They offered us a room at another hotel that was 35...

« It’s a beautiful property right in the heart of Charlottesville… easy access to campus and village restaurants and night life. It is a different feel not having a human to check in… no front desk… just a code and a room assignment. »

« So despite its name, this is not a hotel. It is definitely a motel and that is how it should be filtered on Expedia. Parking was annoying- Expedia description states that there is a parking garage with which the motel has a relationship and this was not available on our visit so we had to find parking in a busy area. Also, a freight train line runs behind this property which is quite loud. There is also a bar nearby that is quite loud at night. On the plus side, the staff was friendly. ...
