One room features a french bed (160 cm wide, 200 cm long) with air conditioning, while another room has a double bed (2 x 90 cm, 200 cm long), a shower/WC, and air conditioning. There is also an exit leading to the terrace and a luggage room.

The apartment is well-equipped with various amenities to ensure a comfortable vacation. It has an open kitchen with an oven, 2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, 2 gas rings, a kettle, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. Additionally, there is a shower/bidet/WC, air conditioning throughout, a washing machine, and complimentary internet (WiFi).
