The food was outstanding, beautifully prepared, fresh, and one of the highlights of our stay. The property itself is stunning. The grounds are peaceful, beautifully maintained, and full of charm. Every little detail added to the experience and made the hotel feel like such a special place to relax and enjoy Italy. Honestly, everything was perfect. The beautiful setting, wonderful food, exceptional staff, and overall atmosphere exceeded our expectations. We loved our stay and would return without hesitation. "Palias Hotel was wonderful! Nice rooms and clean and great location, 5 minutes walk to restaurants. Best of all Roberto was super friendly and helpful and welcoming! He made coffee and gave us homemade sandwiches when we missed breakfast. He was extremely friendly and happy to help with our travel plans. You feel well cared for at Palias! Definitely stay here if doing rafting or any national park activities. Antica Laos was recommended by Roberto and it was by far the best meal we've had in our week in Italy, better than Rome or the Amalfi coast! It's a 5 minute walk from the hotel through a picturesque small Italian town without tourists. Stay at Palias and dine at Antica Laos for a fabulous local Italian experience!!"
