« First room they gave me had a terrible, strong odor. I was told that an individual had been in the room all week with do not disturb sign. Why would they then give the room to another guest without taking care of the problem? Second room was worn…with cracked bathroom sink. Housekeeping failed to tidy the room - I had to change out my own towels. Very disappointing experience for the price point. »

« My friend slipped and fell in our room because they had shampooed our carpet just that day and didn’t tell the night desk clerk. We didn’t realize that’s what made her fall till we took our shoes off and had soaked socks from walking on the carpet. Went and reported the fall and the wet carpet to the desk clerk who said she had no idea they had been shampooed. She apologized asked if my friend was ok and said she would report the issue and incident to her GM for the morning. No offer to switch...

« The checkout process was very simple! We enjoyed our stay! It was cozy and a nice, quiet location. The hot tub was wonderful and clean as well. The stock of wood was a nice surprise and plenty for the three nights we stayed. Also, there were some sweet treats, which the kids loved. We were close to everything, too, so it made traveling easy. The tiny house just needs a deep clean and we found a mouse stuck on a trap, with a lot of mouse poop in the cupboards. »
