Toskana ist immer eine Reise wert
Die Anreise war problemlos, da der Besitzer Massimo schon vorab den Standort geschickt hat, außerdem gibt er während des Aufenthalts immer wieder Tipps für Ausflüge. Bei der Ankunft wurden wir herzlich empfangen und uns alles wissenswerte über das Haus erklärt. Das Haus und der Garten ist super, wir und unser Hund haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir können es nur weiter empfehlen, ein optimaler Ausgangspunkt um die südliche Toskana zu erkunden. Nochmals 1000 Dank! Liebe Grüße Dani, Nicole und Flocke.

Oltre ogni aspettativa, un luogo bellissimo.
Una vacanza da sogno in una location fantastica, la casa è una villetta monofamiliare con un bel soggiorno con camino e zona pranzo, una cucina fornita di lavastoviglie, microonde, forno, una camera matrimoniale e un bagno con doccia, in una stanzetta a parte si trova la lavatrice e tutto quello che può essere necessario per un bucato. Ma è all'esterno che si resta incantati, un grande cancello fa anche da passo carraio per poter posteggiare comodamente la macchina, e poi due bbq, legname, sedie sdraio, 2 zone pranzo, una vicino ai bbq, un'altra sul giardino. La proprietà è circondata da un vasto terreno recitato, con illuminazione notturna ed è curata nei minimi dettagli. Il posto è molto tranquillo e silenzioso e si trova in posizione strategica per gite sul Monte Amiata, visite agli antichi borghi della Maremma oppure immergersi nella calde acque termali di Saturnia.

Struttura immersa nel verde, abbastanza isolata dai rumori della strada adiacente, vicina al centro storico di Semproniano. Parcheggio privato, ampio giardino recintato con possibilità di barbecue, villa con diversi punti dove riposare e rilassarsi. All'interno diversi servizi (lavanderia, cucina), camino interno e salone con tv e wi-fi. Accoglienza e professionalità.

Tana di volpe casa bellissima
La casa ha una posizione perfetta anche se immersa nella natura. A soli 15 minuti dalle terme di Saturnia per chi ha il cane come noi è il luogo ideale. I padroni di casa sono deliziosi quindi grazie da parte nostra e di Caio!

Vacanza di vero relax immersi nelle colline
La villetta é molto carina e confortevole, con un bel giardino ampio e un portico che abbiamo sfruttato molto. I proprietari sono stati gentilissimi, disponibili e sono veramente persone deliziose. Sono a disposizione lavatrice, tostapane, teiera, moka, un piccolo phon, l'essenziale di utensili (stoviglie, posate, pentole) e anche qualcosa in piú in cucina. Noi ed anche i nostri gatti ci siamo trovati molto bene! Bisogna tenere in considerazione che Semproniano é un paese molto piccolo, veramente immerso nelle colline toscane, lontano dal mare, dai centri maggiori, dai supermercati e dagli altri borghi da visitare. La cosa positiva é che le terme di Saturnia sono (relativamente) vicino, a 20 minuti di auto, a noi sono piaciute molto e ci siamo tornati piú volte. Grazie di nuovo ai proprietari, per aver reso il nostro soggiorno piú confortevole possibile, per i consigli e per la vostra simpatia!

Schönes Häuschen im Grünen
Schon vor Anreise wurden die Telefonnummern getauscht, sodass Massimo uns den genauen Standort des Hauses schicken konnte. So haben wir das Haus ohne Probleme gefunden. Massimo und Monica empfingen uns in ihrem schönen Haus sehr herzlich und nach einem Rundgang im Haus und im Garten gaben sie uns noch ein paar Tipps für Unternehmungen in dieser schönen Landschaft der Toskana. Im Haus hat es uns an nichts gefehlt und besonders der Garten, mit seinen vielen Möglichkeiten zum Sitzen und Entspannen hat uns sehr gefallen. Massimo und Monica sind wirklich sehr tolle und herzliche Gastgeber. Nochmals vielen Dank für alles. Wir sehen uns bestimmt wieder. Liebe Grüße von Uwe und Kathrin

Prachtig huis met prima afgebakende tuin
Zeer net en comfortabel. Goed geïsoleerd (koel tijdens warme zomerpieken). Weinig of geen lawaai. Wifi uitstekend. Dicht bij de dorpskern. Alle comfort in de keuken. Alle ramen bezitten luiken en muggengaas! Perfect voor zomervakantie!

Ein toller Urlaub in der Toskana
Im März 2018 waren wir Gast im schönen Ferienhaus von Massimo und Monica. Die Übergabe des Hauses war sehr herzlich und nach dem wir alles erklärt bekommen hatten, packten wir unser Gepäck aus und fuhren in den nahegelegenen Supermarkt einkaufen. Abends wurde es manchmal noch relativ frisch, so dass wir oft vor dem offenen Kaminfeuer den Tag ausklingen ließen. Durch den Austausch unserer Handynummern hatten wir auch während des Urlaubs einen netten Kontakt zu den Vermietern. So das wir Abends manchmal noch Vorschläge für Aktivitäten bekamen. So hatten wir an keinem Tag Langeweile. Wir badeten in den heißen Quellen, besuchten den Strand, die sterbende Stadt und liefen im Schnee auf dem Berg Monte Amiata wo noch Wintersport betrieben wurde. Das Haus hat uns gut gefallen und auch der Garten ist sehr schön, da sich hier unser Hund frei bewegen konnte. Wir würden dieses Haus auf jedem Fall weiter empfehlen.

vacanza alternativa
non eravamo mai stati prima in maremma e devo dire che questa è stata la vacanza più divertente degli ultimi 10 anni: la casa è davvero molto bella, silenziosa, tranquilla e ben attrezzata; non manca niente. L'ampio giardino, con barbecue, da sicuramente il valore aggiunto alla casa e quello che mi ha particolarmente colpito è che ci si può sedere su ogni lato della casa, all'ombra, al sole, sulle poltrone, sulle panche in legno, sulla pietra o ancora distendersi e rilassarsi sui lettini. Dal giardino "superiore", guardare il cielo, in una nottata serena, è un'esperienza unica: si è completamente avvolti nel buio e le stelle sembrano a portata di mano, più grandi e luminose del normale. Massimo e Monica ci hanno dato dei suggerimenti molto apprezzati sui posti più suggestivi da visitare. Tutto è ad una distanza che va dai 20 ai 35 km (un po' di più se si vuole visitare Bolsena o andare al mare). Abbiamo visitato i magnifici paesi arroccati dell'area del tufo Pitigliano, Sovana, Sorano e la necropoli etrusca, a seguire i piccoli e caratteristici borghi di Montemerano, Rocchette di Fazio, Santa Fiora, Semproniano, Manciano, il parco faunistico del Monte Amiata, il Monte Labro, Bolsena, le terme di Saturnia e molto altro. Uscendo presto al mattimo abbiamo più volte incrociato volpi, cerbiatti e addirittura un tasso. Il paesaggio è stupendo e varia nel raggio di pochi chilometri: le colline con olivi e vigne si trasformano in veri e propri paesaggi montani. Abbiamo approfittato dell'occasione per fare scorta di olio, vino e pecorino; tutti prodotti di ottima qualità facili da reperire nelle varie aziende agricole e agriturismi della zona. Che altro dire? Consiglio vivamente un soggiorno in questa casa. Grazie Monica e Massimo, siamo stati veramente bene.
