The villa is ideally located in a quiet residential area at the gates of the famous Seminyak district, 5 minutes from all the delicious shops and restaurants.  
  
This modern villa of 314 m2 on a plot of 7 ares has a large swimming pool of 7m x 3m, a shallow pool for toddlers, a beautiful sunbathing area, as well as a dining area  
  
The fully equipped and very functional kitchen overlooks the living room opening living / dining room onto the garden and the swimming pool.  
  
The spacious rooms are air conditioned and have a double bed with views of the tropical garden and the swimming pool.  
  
The first bathroom with bath, double shower and double sink, the second has a shower and double sink.
