Room definitely need renovation especially the bathroom as the condition is pretty bad, noisy exhaust fan, broken tap and shower. Had a problem with mosquito and informed the receptionist to get it fixed, but the problem returned the day after. When we first checked in, I noticed that the room has not been cleaned properly as the carpet still looks dirty and food crumbs were spotted under the bedside table. Although the room showed signs of wear, the room was spacious and comfortable. The WIFI tends to drop often. Location is good, walking distance to DP Mall where Carrefore is, also not far from Paragon Mall. The hotel is also near to Lawang Sewu. Breakfast buffet offer a wide variety of choices. The hotel is located nearby to the Paragon shopping mall. Call room service for supper and the service was quite fast. They have a massage and spa centre located at the hotel. I try the massage and its ok. What we like the most about this hotel is that the breakfast. There are so many choices of food and most of them are delicious. Try the traditional menu of the breakfast! Very recommended. This hotel is also in a good location; close to airport, train station, mall, restaurants. There is only one thing that we don't like; one night when we stayed there, there was a live music and some people smoked inside the building, in front of the lobby specifically. It was full of smoke. It's very irritating for people who don't smoke.
