Located on the first floor of a house without an elevator, this apartment offers a real journey through time. In the past, a stream ran along this street where tanners washed the skins of animals, and the emblem of the tanners' corporation is still in front of the house, recalling this fascinating past. Let yourself be charmed by this unique place and enjoy an exceptional stay in an authentic and warm setting. We are waiting for you for an unforgettable experience. This apartment is equipped with one bedroom with a double bed The bright living room is made up of a kitchen area, dining area as well as a living room area with a double sofa bed and a SMART TV. The open kitchen is fully equipped (fridge, freezer, oven, hob, dishwasher, Senseo coffee machine, kettle, frying pans, saucepans, dishes and kitchen utensils). A bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and washing machine The Ladhof's free parking lot is approximately 200 meters away. The entire accommodation will be yours. Always in the spirit of satisfying you as best as possible during your stay: cleaning will be done, the beds will be made with clean sheets, clean towels will be at your disposal as well as a bath mat and a tea towel per kitchen, free WIFI connection come with young children? A travel cot and a high chair are available in the accommodation. From the apartment, you can easily explore the city center and its many cultural places, such as the Humanist library, the churches of St George and St Foy, as well as the Bread Museum, while enjoying various boutiques, bakeries, patisseries restaurants, and ready-to-wear stores. House rules: This accommodation is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, hookahs and any other smoking device is prohibited. Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a penalty of €250 in additional cleaning costs. Animals are strictly prohibited. Bed and bathroom linen as well as standard final cleaning at the end of your stay are included in the price. This includes changing bed linen, general cleaning of the apartment and bathrooms. However, it is your responsibility to clean and put away the dishes, take out the trash, empty the refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave as well as tidy up inside the apartment. If you do not want to take care of this, you can order a supplement called “full cleaning” of the apartment for 30 euros before your arrival. In the absence of prior reservation for this option, and in the event of non-compliance with these instructions, you will be charged penalties of €60 cleaning costs. You will be asked to sign a digital contract and your identity document via the Yaago platform after booking, as well as information for the police form, in accordance with current regulations.
