With 160 square meters of living space, an 800 square meter garden, swimming pool, terraces, and parking for several cars, the villa spans two floors, each with separate access. Amenities include Wi-Fi, satellite TV, and air conditioning in all rooms.
On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with a king-size bed, a bathroom with shower and toilet, and a washing machine. Additionally, there's a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, with direct access to the large terrace, pool, and garden.
Upstairs, there's another bedroom with a king-size bed, a bathroom with shower and toilet, and a living room with a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, and access to the terrace with seating. Both terraces offer stunning views of the sea, the islands of Hvar and Peljesac, and the Biokovo mountain range on the mainland. The pool area with sun loungers and umbrellas invites you to relax. The villa is situated above Sumartin, on the outskirts of Selca. Nearby, there are several restaurants, cafes, and shops, all within a 600-meter walk.
Pets are welcome (max. 2 dogs, up to 25 kg in weight, surcharge 7 EUR per dog, per day).
