« I reserved 2 superior rooms for 2 nights in this hotel about a month before arrival. I requested ocean view and highest level for both, connecting and not far from elevator. After 45 minutes waits they gave me 1 room with mountain view on the 7th floor, that I gave to my parents, and 20 minutes later, an ocean view superior room on the 12th floor. Assuming it was one of the highest occupancy saturday, though reserved a month ahead, the reception would give you more attention if you insisted them...

« I found this other person’s complaints on the hotel and I totally agree with everything. Once entering the room the smell is strong of “moldy” or sorts. The sheets had stains, the mirror aren’t clean, sofa had some dirt or sorts and generally doesn’t look clean. Housekeeping came said they cleaned before, I asked to change room said no spare room to change to. In the end just change the sheets and swept the floor. The new sheets had stains too. « Wir verbrachten ein langes Wochenende im Marriott Lampung, um Jakarta zu entkommen - leider wurden unsere Erwartungen enttäuscht. Das Hotel richtet sich klar an indonesische Familien mit kleinen Kindern: viele Kinderaktivitäten, hoher Lärmpegel, keine ruhige Atmosphäre. Die Restaurantsituation ist unbefriedigend: Das kleine Strandrestaurant Way Manom bietet nur begrenzte indonesische Küche und ist nur zu den Hauptessenszeiten geöffnet. Mittags bleibt das Hauptrestaurant geschlossen, abends gibt...
