We - a four-person family (kids 12y and 13y old) plus dog - booked last week, and had perfect weather conditions. The house is easy to find (if you don't blindly rely on your navigation system). The whole property is fully fenced which was quite confortable for us due to the curiosity of our dog. 'Le Petit Mas' offers all (or even more than that) what you need: a fully equipped kitchen (inside + outside area for bbq) including cooking stove, oven, dishwasher, plates and a broad variety of pans and pots of different sizes, plates and several cheese knives, TV and free WLAN and so on. The garden with all the stunning views is huge and has a lot of loung areas to relax, table tennis and - the highlight: a large pool which was simply fantastic (!). Definitely worthy of mention is the top cleanness of the property, pool etc. thanks to Véronique, the poolman, gardener. In Seillans (labeled as one of the most beautiful medieval villages of France) and Fayence you find everything you need: supermarkets (Super U La Fayence, Seillans has a smaller one), restaurants ... My husband, myself and five year old daughter had the most wonderful stay at Le Petit Mas this summer. The location is extremely peaceful but you are not far from Seillans or other towns for shopping or eating out. The views from both inside the house and outside are beautiful and the house has accommodated this extremely well enabling you to enjoy it from many vantage points. Surrounding the house on different levels is a cared for garden with the lovely scents of jasmine, lavender and other plants. The house inside is very comfortable and has been restored so it has kept its original charm but is modern, light and cheery. The swimming pool is a perfect size for swimming and cooling off in and the temperature was suitable as there was a heat wave the week we stayed. Let's start with the negative ... That's it because there are none :-) Beautiful villa, be it outside with a really superb pool or interior that is tastefully decorated, there is really no negative point! Material and quality bedding, well equipped kitchen, impeccable cleanliness, ... The owners are very pleasant and make every effort to ensure that your stay is at its best. In short, the whole family is unanimous, this is the first villa we rent where we said "wow" our stay at "Little Mas" conquered us and we will certainly return! What we are looking for at the "Petit Mas" is the calm around the swimming pool, the many outdoor spaces, easy access to shops and tourist activities. I could add more points on the list they would all be validated. If you are looking for a place with a view that you would like to have at home every morning: "le Petit Mas" is for you! If you are looking for a quiet holiday home with very good amenities, a magical pool with lots of landscaped areas, you have made the right choice. If you love Provence and want to enjoy Grasse, St Paul de Vence, Cannes, Nices, Monaco and all the hinterland without forgetting Seillans and Fayence, look no further you are there ... Finally if olive oil, the Rosé de Provence are your sins we can only validate the choice of "Petit Mas". Good in short you've understood, we loved it! The garden is beautiful with terraces, flowers and beautiful trees and the view is breathtaking. The song of birds and cicadas cradled us at the edge of the large heated pool. The house is beautiful with everything you need for a lovely relaxing holiday. The 3 bedrooms have air conditioning and the beds are comfortable. There are lots of outdoor areas to sit and enjoy the incredible views across the valley to Fayence and the mountains beyond. I woke early to experience sunrise several times and it was spectacular! The pool is huge and really deep, we spent many days relaxing on the loungers surrounded by beautiful plants and flowers. It was perfect and we will definitely return. There are so many beautiful little villages to explore nearby that we didn’t have time to see everything, another reason to come back next summer!
