"We were there for a quick overnight stop on drive home. Access to beach was good, unfortunately restaurant was closed. There are hammocks but they are being supported by what looked like rusted beams. Great location and fine for our overnight stay, although a bit pricey. "

"Poor choice for everything. Old old old building. The photos make it look great but it's run down and everything is in dis- repair. We did not have any hot water, the towels were old and frayed, the sheets were threadbare, the curtains had holes, the doors were falling apart. There was 1 spoon and 1 coffee cup for 4 of us. We had to have the room fumigated for 100's of mosquitoes, and we found 2 cockroaches. We asked for a refund but we were already checked in and they said no. We would have lost $400.... Do not stay here. "

"This beautiful home far exceeded our expectations! Such a relaxing place to spent the month of February. 3 private patios, and steps to the beach. The condo was very well equipped, beautifully furnished and gracious host who we hope to see again. It was hard to leave. Thank you Gail & Mike"

"Great little place with very friendly staff, clean room and pool, very comfortable beds and pillows, effective air conditioning, nice rain shower with plenty of hot water, good location close to malecon and beach. Only improvements would be to provide bedside lamps—plenty of plugs but no lamps—and a bigger surface for stuff. "

"We had the most amazing time in San Felipe for our 20th wedding anniversary! Gail and Michael are amazing hosts. Michael took the time to show us around town which was super helpful since it was our first time visiting. The beach outside the condo is quiet. We enjoyed walking on the beach collecting sea treasures and relaxing on the patio listening to the sea and birds. We were about a 10 minute walk to the Malecon! We'll be back for sure!"
