"One thing unique about this property is their staff. All are amazingly courteous and jolly. The pretty Indian lady (Sneha) at the front desk was extremely kind. The property itself is a good place to relax. Quiet location and conveniently located near Seef mall and restaurants. Will definitely be stay here again and will be recommending to fellow travellers."

"Our stay at Ritz-Carlton was exemplary in every way; a beautiful property with amazing service from staff who really want you to have a memorable time. "The hotel and apartment were great; my only complaint would be that it's a good distance from everything and no where is friendly towards pedestrians; there's a small shopping mall opposite the main road but everywhere else you need to bus/taxi/drive too (including the larger City Centre Bahrain shopping centre which is less than 300m away that you need to walk around and under the highway to get to) but this is more of an issue with Bahrain in general rather than the hotel."
