Great home in a great neighborhood
We had a wonderful week in Sedona. The home is clean and really well equipped. We did a lot of cooking and had everything we needed. The cookware was new and great quality. The beds were really comfortable. The sheets and towels were luxurious. We walked to the trailheads for every hike we went on, e.g. Cathedral Rock, Bell Rock Pathway, Mystic Trail. And it’s just close enough to both Oak Creek and downtown Sedona. We had a great stay!

Quick weekend
This property had plenty of room for our family of teens and adults. Conveniently, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, some pain medication, laundry soap, and coffee was provided. We appreciated that there were doors between the living room (with TWO pull out couches) and the kitchen, and also the hallways! Convenient location, nicely appointed, extra bedding brought promptly. The only drawback was that the Internet was out for our entire stay, so we couldn't use the TV.

Clean, tidy home in wonderfully quiet residential neighborhood south of Sedona. Great access to red rock trails just out the back door. Relaxing and restorative. We would be delighted to stay at the property again.

Fantastic place
Location was perfect, just outside Sedona proper. Close to trails and town without being on top of everything. House was one of the best equipped of all the places we have stayed, had everything we needed and very clean. Would love to come back when weather is a bit warmer to enjoy the outside space. Would recommend!

Wonderful Family Stay in Sedona
We recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming family home in Sedona and the experience exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, it was evident that the property was well maintained and thoughtfully arranged to provide a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. The fully-equipped kitchen allowed us to prepare meals easily, and the cozy living spaces were perfect for relaxation after a day of exploring Sedona. Our dog loved being able to join us and the fenced backyard was a huge plus. Will definately book again next time we come to Sedona.

House as advertised. Shame the sunroom which is really neat didn’t really get any sun. If the kitchen was updated it would be even nicer. Parts of whole house could be updated for a really stunning home! Great had a view of the red rocks! Appears the sprinkler system needed some repairs. Loved all the doors and had nice cool air in bedroom. Primary bedroom and bath very nice. The bed and bedding were fabulous! So comfortable! Very fun house. Stayed there for my husband’s 65 birthday and he really enjoyed it! Estrella was very responsive and kind! Thank you!

Lovely Home: great neighborhood
The rental was just as expected and posted. It was perfect for us and our dog. The owners left snacks and wine as a welcome and the property was perfectly appointed. Love the area, views and quiet (though they are building a house three doors down.) When returning to Sedona, I would rent this property again. It is a vacation winner?

We stayed for 3 nights and very happy with our house and location. Clean, well stocked with all the things you would need, and quiet. We loved the views. Easy access to downtown Sedona and shopping. Pet friendly. We would stay at this location again.

Nice getaway in Sedona!
We had a wonderful time at this home near Bell Rock. It’s close to many hiking trails and just a short drive to downtown Sedona. The home is well equipped, the master bed is very comfortable, and the sunroom is a great place to relax and take in the birds and squirrels.

Perfect stay
My husband, my dog, and I spent 3 nights at this property and had the best experience! The home is on a beautiful, quiet street surrounded by luscious plants and majestic rock cliffs. The neighborhood was very quiet and friendly. The home was spotless and we were greeted by a nice card and a welcome basket with snacks and wine. Other things we appreciated about this home = wonderful, fluffy towels; a well equipped kitchen; great Wi-Fi; fenced in private back yard with grass for the pup. The king sized bed was comfortable and we loved having the sliding door off the bedroom to the patio. Another fantastic perk was the large garage that held both of our mountain bikes and our truck. We were minutes from downtown Sedona, but out of the hustle and bustle. If you like hiking and mountainbiking, this home is wonderful because you can access many trails from this neighborhood without getting in the car! Would definitely stay again.

Beauty in Solitude, with a few tiny hiccups
The contactless, late night check-in started with a lightless porch on a snowy night. The access code didn’t work after multiple tries. Was there a note perhaps? A tiny post-it, tightly crumpled so that it wasn’t noticed by us seniors with old eyes, just barely peeked out of a crevice in the lockbox. The note had the correct access code. The house was dark upon entry, and the house was invitingly warm. A welcome basket of wine and snacks was a nice surprise. The porch lights were fixed early the next morning. The house rules were very reasonable. The home furnishings were attractive and comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked, missing only a whisk. The master bedroom was spacious, the bed was very comfortable (back issues), with plenty of extra warm blankets. The bedding was excellent quality. The house had a garden hose on a reel to wash off the red rock dirt on a car or bike. The neighborhood of single family homes was very quiet, with nearly zero traffic, and a wonderful dark sky. The house was spacious for a couple, impressively spotless, and perhaps the cleanest rental in the last two years. Very small oddities were the closet louver shutter doors for every room but the bathrooms, no dining table lighting, a shower faucet with a screw sticking out, and no working bathroom sink stoppers. We mountain bike in Sedona 2X/year, and we will return to this one when we want to mountain bike to Chicken Point/Broken Arrow or Templeton from the nearby Little Horse Trail.

Amazing views! Wonderful bedding! Great neighborhood. Staple items, games, books, guidebooks and hiking guides were there waiting for us. Extra sun / play room was wonderful. Excellent backyard seating.
