Our room was updated, neat and clean. The front desk staff was very friendly, and Patty remembered me from a brief phone call we had. The hotel is pet friendly (although we weren't traveling with any), and it's within a reasonable distance to downtown Cottonwood and Dead Horse Ranch State Park. I felt it was reasonably priced given what you would pay in the downtown area. I would like to see better signage from the road....but other than that we had a pleasant one night stay.

Clean, updated, hardwood floors instead of carpet⭐️staff was super friendly and helpful with activities, restaurant suggestions and anything else that was needed. Beautiful property with a grill, picnic tables and bench's. Perfect for dinner outside. Picnic tables are under a veranda with lights strung up.

The staff was great. Handled an issue we had with our original room without issue. Room and beds were comfortable and we had a kitchenette which was nice. Shower had fantastic water pressure. Our floor was dirty so keep your socks or shoes on.

Staff was friendly. Room had been remodeled and was clean. Nice location. Only problem was noise made by other guests. We had to call the front desk emergency number in the middle of the night to make a complaint about ongoing partying.

My husband, dog, and I enjoyed our stay. I loved the attention to details in regards to amenities like ceramic mugs for coffee, a large sized trash can and a trash can for recyclables. Water temperature and pressure is perfect. Staff members are nice. Nd approachable. All in all a 10 out of 10.
