A cozy seating area with TV makes it easy to unwind after a day of exploring. A full-size washer and dryer add extra convenience for longer stays.

A car is the easiest way to explore Sedona and the surrounding Verde Valley. Covered parking is included with your stay. Downtown Sedona is just a few minutes away, offering shopping, dining, and cultural attractions. Nearby trails and natural landmarks are easily accessible by car, and day trips to destinations like Oak Creek Canyon, Jerome, or Montezuma Castle are all within easy reach. Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are available but may be limited in Sedona, so driving is recommended

• Separate Accommodations for Privacy: The property includes both an Upper Terrace Unit and a Lower Studio, each with its own private entrance and designated parking to ensure a comfortable and private stay.

• Shared Amenities: Guests enjoy access to a BBQ patio and fire pit lounge. These common areas are shared and available on a first-come, first-served basis, and may be enjoyed alongside other guests.

• Sedona Dark Sky Ordinance: To help preserve Sedona’s world-renowned night skies, we ask that all outdoor recessed lighting be turned off after dark. Low-level pathway lighting is provided for safe movement in the evenings.

• Traveling with Little Ones? A Pack-N-Play and highchair are available upon request. Please let us know in advance so we can have them ready for your stay.
