This property is all about location! Perfect location in Sedona. Staff is friendly and helpful. We were told it has been bought by Hilton so is in process of being updated. We were in a very dated unit but was clean. AC was mediocre and would have said something if we were there in a warmer time of year. Just be aware with it now being Hilton - there is a timeshare sales team there offering discounts to listen to the pitch.

Location, location, location. Situated adjacent to Tlaquepaque you’re steps away from shopping, dining, people watching. We love the Pump House restaurant located across the main road. We just live the walk ability of this property. It’s super dated, like really old and crusty but staff is helpful and the property is always clean. Think of it as vintage lol.

The amenities in the room were complete. I had everything I needed and more. The room looked old though and needs refurbishing. I loved that there was a private creek on property - it was very relaxing.

This property was very comfortable for 3 of us for 2 nights.. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I appreciated the texting communication back and forth with the front desk. The hotel was very convenient. We would stay here again if in the area!

Overall wonderful stay, we have been coming here for over 25 years and will continue to return. As a family with a small child the location and amenities are a must. The rooms could use some updating but you really don’t come to Sedona to sit in the room. Would recommend

The hotel is huge! There are many buildings with rooms and it all looks really cute. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Like others already mentioned the furniture could use an upgrade, not only in the rooms but the restaurant/bar as well. But we didn't care much about that furniture our overall experience there was great.

The property is very beautiful. The staff, especially the front desk, are very friendly. It's walkable to galleries and restaurants. The property was quiet and peaceful. The only thing that disappointed me was the inside of the property. It's a little bit outdated. The kitchen and bathroom outlets were not working. I wasn't able to make coffee.

There was a question about a prepaid amount and the people at the check in desk were very short with me. There were some small flying bugs in the bathroom that were somewhat annoying and when we checked out I mentioned it and only reply was “Did you call maintenance?”

We enjoyed our stay but were a little suprised at the conditions of our room. We were "up graded" to room A 102 which had a whirlpool tub on the porch. Amazing!! Well that is if ya dont mind the filthy dust covered tub and surround. Or 20 minutes to get hot water. That made the relaxing time with my wife so nice while looking directly into the lobby directly across from us. Just unexpected things that we hadn't imagined when hoping for some relaxing privacy.

Came with a group of 5 and got a 2 bed 2 bathroom. One of the toilets was broken and completely unusable. Maintenance came to fix it once and it broke again. Unusable for our stay making all 5 of us use one toilet. For the price, was disappointing. Overall great location and amenities but rooms seem outdated.
