We enjoyed sipping coffee in the living room looking out to the mountains every morning, used the grill and went on hikes daily. It is a very quiet neighborhood. Our last 3 days were in Sedona. Amazing home that had everything you need for a great vacation! I highly recommend this property! The only downside is the outside area has lots of mosquitoes! The landscape views were gorgeous. The house lived up to our expectations. It’s located close to anything that we needed (grocery, restaurants, etc.) We didn’t do much hiking, but Traci provided a lot of information of places to explore nearby. We only used the master bedroom and I can say it was a very comfortable bed and a nice master bathroom. The other two beds looked just as comfortable. We loved the privacy of the backyard/deck and the hot tub. Traci was very responsive to our questions and a gracious host. We will definitely visit again. ##### Kim B. The location is fantastic with a short walk to trails and a quiet neighborhood. The hot tub is great, kitchen is well stocked and labeled. The only issues we encountered were the fridge not getting cold when filled, which we communicated to the property manager and received a quick reply. The communication was fantastic before and during our stay. We also had to restart the router in order to get the internet to work, but we had no issues with it after doing so.
