There were 6 of us - 2 younger kids and grandparents. Plenty of room to spread out. The hot tub and stargazing, with the fire pit and view of the red rocks was amazing. It's a private backyard, although closer to the street noise, it still felt quiet and secluded. All the amenities we needed, games, stocked kitchen, fireplace, smart tv. Beds were comfortable.
