The house is as described and very comfortable. Sid and his assistant were very accommodating and responded right away. We had a small problem when we arrived. We tried to go from the house to the garage so that we could unload the car and the alarm went off and we did not have the code to deactivate. We were able to resolve with a phone call. I would suggest that a sign be placed on the door saying that it is not to be accessed and possibly lock it. If we return to the Sedona area again we would try to book this property. ##### Ramona W. This house was a perfect size for our family of 5 and in a great location to get everywhere you needed to go around town. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked for the small amount of cooking we did, and it was nice to have spacious bathrooms and an option to do laundry. The broken arrow trail, along with others, is about half a mile up the road so one day we walked there and did that hike, which was a nice way to avoid parking issues in the busy lot.
