Sip your morning coffee as red rock formations glow in the sunrise, and let the desert breeze move gently through wide open windows. In the evenings, watch the sky shift from gold to indigo while you unwind beside the outdoor fire pit or soak beneath the stars in your private hot tub. Here, each moment is framed by Sedona’s natural beauty and a sense of calm that lingers long after you arrive.  
  
Sleeping arrangements  
Four spacious bedrooms offer peaceful retreats for up to eight guests. Bedroom 1 features a king bed and en-suite bathroom, while Bedroom 2 also includes a king bed and private en-suite. Bedroom 3 has a king bed with access to a Jack and Jill bathroom, and Bedroom 4 provides a queen bed with shared access nearby. Each room is appointed with soft linens, plush bedding, and room-darkening shades for restful nights.  
  
Outdoor living  
Step into the private backyard surrounded by panoramic views of the Chapel area and red rock formations. Enjoy a refreshing dip in the private swim spa, and for a fee it can be heated to double as a hot tub. A separate private hot tub is also open all year, ideal for evening relaxation. Gather around the fire pit, cook on the gas BBQ grill, and share meals in the outdoor dining area, complete with comfortable furniture and open skies above.  
  
Kitchen & dining  
The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed to prepare and enjoy meals together, from stainless steel appliances and a refrigerator to cooking basics and a coffee maker. A dining table and breakfast bar invite you to linger over meals with views of the surrounding landscape.  
  
Living spaces  
The open-concept living room welcomes you with a gas fireplace, comfortable seating, and a 50\` LED 4K Smart Fire TV for streaming. Large windows frame the red rock scenery, while thoughtful touches such as board games, Wi-Fi, and a dedicated workspace make it easy to relax or stay connected.  
  
Amenities  
Practical comforts include a free washer and dryer, air conditioning, ceiling fans, heating, and a first aid kit. Families will appreciate the crib, pack ’n play, and children’s dinnerware. Essentials such as towels, toiletries, and bed linens are provided, and self check-in with a keypad allows flexibility for arrivals.

Very clean and had everything we needed. The view of the red rock mountain directly out the back floor to ceiling windows was amazing! The beds were comfortable and the placement of the furniture in the living room made conversation possible for all eight of us. Spa pool was great and warming up next to the fireplace afterwardsWas very relaxing.

#### Stunning Views

We only stayed three days, but we wish it was a week. The views from the place were stunning, morning, evening and night (photos do not do it justice). The property was also very peaceful, because it was at the end of a lane with no neighbor activity, or through traffic. The place felt professionally decorated and was very well appointed. It was just my wife and I, but the place could sleep up to eight comfortably. The Master Bedroom was very comfortable. The location was also pretty great, because we could get to restaurants and red-rock monuments within an easy ten minute drive. I give this place a 10/10.
