This prime location makes it effortless to explore Sedona's breathtaking trails, vibrant local shops, and a variety of dining options. After an adventure-filled day immersed in the beauty of the Red Rocks, relax with your favorite drink by the serene community pool. Whether you're here for outdoor exploration or a peaceful getaway, this cozy condo offers the ideal base for your next unforgettable trip! The space \*\*This condo is on the second floor and does require stairs for access\*\* Living Room: Comfortable pullout leather sofa, flat screen smart TV, wi-fi and electric fireplace. TV: You will log into your own streaming services to access tv shows and movies during your stay. Kitchen: electric oven/stove-top, microwave, blender, dishwasher, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, pots/pans, BBQ utensils, and stocked with your basic spices and oils. A small supply of coffee is provided to get your stay started. Master Bedroom: Queen bed, closet, Flat Screen TV \*Linens are provided for all sleeping spaces, as well as bath towels and washcloths. Body wash, shampoo, and conditioner are also provided for your convenience. Amenities: \* A community pool open from May 1st - Oct 31st (pool towels provided for your stay) \* A sports court \* Small work out room / Gym \* Charcoal BBQ grills (located just outside of the condo). \* Picnic tables located around the complex \* Community Laundry Room (located just below the condo) \* Charging Station For Electric Vehicle (may not accommodate all vehicles ) \*Although it is rarely shut down for maintenance, we cannot guarantee the pool will be open during your stay\* AZ TPT#21508236 Guest access You will be given door code to access the unit. The condo is located on the second floor of the building. This condo has a shared laundry room. Located directly beneath the condo. It is used on a first come first serve basis. If you have questions prior to your trip, we are happy to assist you 7 days a week. Self check-in is easy and convenient. Other things to note This area is a quiet, serene community with many full time residents. We ask that you please be mindful of this and courteous to our neighbors. Quiet hours begin at 10pm. Thank you for your understanding! Parking - There is uncovered parking is available in the common parking lot near the condo. The property is meticulously maintained, and the interior is professionally cleaned and checked before each guest. Please, no pets (not even just to visit), parties, or smoking in or around the property. If a violation occurs, additional fees will be charged to the guest who booked and you will forfeit the remainder of your stay with no refund. If you desire an early check in, please reach out to us the morning of your scheduled arrival. We do our absolute best to accommodate early check in's when possible. We often have same day check outs and check ins so we just need to ensure that our cleaner has enough time to properly clean and restock the home and that our maintenance crew has sufficient time to take care of any needed items prior to your arrival. Booking over 2 weeks (14 days) will require a mandatory mid-stay cleaning, billed separately, in addition to the cleaning charged at booking. We do accept alterations requests, but ask that they be made at least 14 days prior to the start of your original reservation date. They had everything including even basic spices for cooking (HUGE WIN). They were so accommodating, space was clean and the location was beyond perfect for hiking. Pjs was a fun dive bar feel and in walking distance. And the Oak Creek Espresso Coffee shops was one of the best coffee shops I’ve been to. Love this place! ##### Cassidy V. We stayed here for a week (Mon-Fri) as part of our spring break vacation (escaping the Minnesota winter). Oak Creek was THE place to stay! Everything we wanted in the evening was within walking distance, and it was quiet. No need to deal with the touristy hordes of Sedona proper. Bell Rock is a few minutes away by car, or you can easily walk there for a sunrise hike (great way to spend our last morning). Sunsets there were awesome as well. For hiking maps/info, get the Hiking Sedona app (5) - worth every penny. Even with mild temps, we drank several liters of water during each hike - bring more than you think you'll need. We did the Subway hike (very cool), and the Broken Arrow hike (someone rode the White Line trail while we there - unbelievable!!!).Our favorite spot for dinner was Butterfly Burger. By far the best burger I've ever had (there is a reason the chef has won numerous awards) - so good we ate there two nights in a row. We did a local astronomy tour, but were underwhelmed. We heard from other hikers that the observatory in Flagstaff has a cool experience with their telescopes if your schedule overlaps with their events. Great area, and we were very happy with our unit. Would gladly stay here again when back in the area. ##### Aras K.
