Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Please remove all your items from the fridge or pantry, kindly do not leave anything behind. Please put used towels in the tub. Leave bed linens on beds. Please properly dispose of all cigarette butts
Lock up home, make sure no food is left over, and all trash is secured in the outside bins and locked up, so the bears can't get at it. Failure to do so, may result in additional fees.
If you show up with an undisclosed pet, you will need to be approved by the owners, pay the fees and sign the waiver.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Smoking is permitted outdoors only at the fire pit area; use the provided containers for butts. Check with hosts before having an outdoor fire.
The nightly rate covers up to 4 guests. An additional fee of $50 per person, per night . Only registered guests allowed on the property.
All pets must be pre-approved prior to arrival and are subject to a $50 fee per stay. Pets must be under 50 lbs, non-aggressive, and well-behaved.
