If you’re looking for relaxation and peace and quiet, Saxon Switzerland is the perfect place for you! The attic apartment is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, right next to the nature park. Hiking trails and the romantic Kirnitzsch Valley are within walking distance. In our lovingly furnished apartment, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious bathroom with a bathtub, washer, and dryer. From the covered balcony, you’ll enjoy a fantastic view of the woods and countryside. Welcome!

The Accommodation
We have 3 bedrooms, so children and adults alike can have their own space. A pull-out couch in the living room provides two additional sleeping spots if needed.

If you’d like to combine working from home with a vacation, you can set up at the desk in one of the bedrooms.

Our kitchen is fully equipped, so you can prepare a delicious breakfast and all your other meals there—which you can enjoy on the covered balcony even when it rains.

After a long outing, you might want to relax in the bathtub and unwind.

Guest access
We offer 2 parking spaces for your cars right on the property, very close to the front door. So no long walks, even with heavy groceries :-)

If you’re coming without a car, the nearest bus stop is less than a 5-minute walk away.

Additional Important Information
Sebnitz is the largest state-recognized resort town (a title it has held since 1997) in Saxony. It’s about an 8-minute drive to Sebnitz, the next-largest “town.” There you’ll find the market square with various shops, restaurants, bakeries, pharmacies, and, of course, grocery stores and an organic market.

Sebnitz is also home to the bus station and DB train station, from which you can set off in all directions with good transportation connections.

Ottendorf / Sebnitz is ideally located for reaching all the well-known sights in a short time or for taking a side trip to the Czech Republic and Bohemian Switzerland.

A vacation here is worth it any time of year—whether it’s hiking and climbing in the summer or skiing and sledding in the winter. The ski lift is about a 10-minute walk away, and you can always find a toboggan run nearby.

In Sebnitz, the Kräuter-Vital-Bad delights visitors with its sauna area and outdoor pool in both summer and winter, and the thermal baths in Bad Schandau are an absolute must for all spa lovers!

Since the town of Sebnitz is a spa town, an additional visitor’s tax of €2.50 per person per night (reduced rate: €2.00) applies. We’ll take care of everything in advance so that you can take advantage of the numerous discounts in Saxon Switzerland as soon as you arrive. The guest card also serves as a ticket for buses and trains.
