This inviting two-story home features 3 generous bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and a wide array of amenities designed for relaxation and fun. The ground floor includes a large, sun-filled kitchen and dining area, a formal living room, a bonus loft, and a serene primary suite on the ground floor. The two upstairs bedrooms feature one room with a plush king bed, while the other bedroom includes two full-size beds—perfect for families or groups. All furnishings are brand new as of August 2025. Step outside to enjoy the expansive deck that wraps around the back and side of the house, where you'll find a bubbling hot tub. Just beyond that, soak up the sun or take a dip in the sparkling pool. A screened, covered gazebo sits poolside—ideal for al fresco dining with meals prepared on the nearby gas grill. Outdoor activities include bocce ball and cornhole. Whether you're wine tasting at one of the many nearby vineyards, strolling through the shops of Sebastopol's charming downtown or the trendy Barlow District, or heading out for a day trip to the coast or Healdsburg, less than 30 minutes away or Napa, less than 45 minutes or San Francisco within 60 minutes, this location is the perfect jumping-off point for your wine country adventure. The linens were fresh and clean. The beds are so new that they are very firm. We had almost everything that we need. Just missing tongs and grill tools. I let the hosts know so that probably will not be a problem next time.The hot tub was hot and clean. The pool was also clean but not heated. We were able to use the pool for cold plunges.
