The covered porch has exterior furniture perfect to dine or relax. The King Master Suite offers a private en-suite shower, while two additional Queen Bedrooms share a bathroom. The open kitchen and two living areas are a retreat for couples or multi-family stays. Each room has a Smart TV. Located in a quiet neighborhood with sidewalks. Beach chairs are in the garage. Mins to the beach and river! Guests that have booked are confirming that they (the primary booker) and any guests that are part of the reservation, are aware and agree to the following rules outlined below, the rules listed under the house rules section, as well as any additional rules listed in the listing description/additional information section: \-$100 per pet fee is required to be paid before check-in information is provided. Non disclosure of pets will be considered a major house rule violation and will result in dismissal from the property. \-We will kindly confirm the number of guests and animals after a guest has booked. Confirmation is needed from the guest before access information is provided and before door codes are activated. \-Due to local city rules and permit regulations for vacation rentals, guests will need to contact the property manager at the number listed in the welcome binder for evening and overnight emergencies. Floors should be mopped and swept if needed due to spills, foot tracks, or animals. \-Guests are required to scrape the grill and empty the grease trap in the trash after every use. \-Pool toys need to be kept out of the pool when not in use so it can be serviced weekly. \-Any and all damage needs to be reported immediately. \-Excessive cleanings or abuse due to spills or dishes/food will result in a minimum $250 fee. \-Guests will be asked to leave the residence for significant violations (in accordance with house, local, and state laws) and do so with the understanding they will not be refunded their deposit or any remaining nights on their reservation.
