The only thing I had to bring was food and beach towels. Nason's Beach was a 5 minute walk away and the general store nearby had a great selection. If you are an early bird you can catch some incredible sunrises from the beach. It was in a central location so if you traveled 30 to 45 minutes there were all kinds of restaurants, stores, and attractions. It's small, but clean, comfy beds, drinks in the fridge waiting for us (you don't see that alot) and a wonderful fire pit outside with plenty of wood for us to use. We were able to use the private beach (Nason's Beach) a 2 minute walk and could view the lake from our deck. We either called or texted if we needed something. The kitchen is well stocked with all the items you need. If you canโ€™t find something, open a cabinet or drawer. We needed some help getting Netflix going and Frank and Bo were right on it. There is an outdoor grill for each unit that works and wood and a fire pit. Beer, wine and water in the refrigerator at check in. The water was nice for those hot lake days. We love that the private beach is across the street and a 3-5 minute walk. Just note that the location is set back but just off a main road. It does not bother us but if you have small active children, it may be something to think about. We spent an amazing long weekend here in early October. The location is great with a view of the lake from the front yard. The cottage is exactly as advertised...very clean & cosy. We spent most of our time away from the cottage exploring the Maine countryside, Bridgton & Fryeburg, and the North Conway, NH area. During our nights at the cottage, it was very quiet and comfortable. \*\*Bonus points for our gracious hosts who were kind enough to reach out and let us know that we left some belongings behind i after we checked out. Bo was kind enough to offer to mail them back to us. We have to say thank you again...we greatly appreciate your kindness and generosity!! We look forward to staying here again!! ##### Chris T.
