Olympia View Queen Anne Craftsmen
- Perched above a stone walkway is your private patio with adirondack chairs. Full floor apartment with stellar views and privacy on a one way street. Convenient access to buslines and downtown, but located in a quiet residential neighborhood with magnificent gardens in the heart of Seattle. Easy access through the back alley for luggage drop off - this route can also be used to avoid the steep front walkway when exploring the neighborhood.
No pets allowed.
Continental breakfast provided your first morning as well as snacks and many other amenities. Washer/dryer located in a common area. Access is available upon request at agreed upon times. $3/load, with scent free laundry soap and dryer sheets included.
Please note there is an owner occupied residence above this apartment. We are quiet, however this is a 1910 building. Ceilings are also slightly lower than typical, at 7'.
