While close to major streets there wasn't really traffic noise. We're a pair of homebody adults, so the quiet hours request in the agreement was easy and didn't feel like anything out of our normal behavior. I guess the only “downside” is because there are multiple units, there were quite hours. Which is fine! My friends and I are just not typically quiet people So that was a little difficultThe only issue really was whoever was in-charge of communication on behalf of the hosts, as they were out of town. We ran out of toilet paper and could not find any upstairs or in the laundry room, so we had to order our own. Again, not the hosts fault. My daughter and I were in Fremont visiting my other daughter and the property was a a short walk to her house. The property was beautiful inside and out and it was an easy walk to public transportation and downtown Fremont. The check in/out process was easy and the apartment had all of the essentials. Beautiful decorations and furniture. The prices were competitive with other properties and local hotels. One critique would be that the host was not responsive to my questions. On the site, it is described as a suite. It is actually a small one bedroom unit. Check in was seamless. The kitchen was nicely appointed.
