  • This cozy Lower Queen Anne apartment has everything you need to make your stay in the Emerald City as comfortable as possible and is within walking distance to Climate Pledge Arena, Space Needle, Olympic Sculpture Park, and more! A Safeway grocery store is directly across the street. The apartment is on the quiet side of the building so you can relax in peace. Free coffee and tea are included. Your stay includes a street parking pass*. And did we mention rooftop access with amazing views?!

    *Do be aware that sometimes street parking can be difficult to find depending on the time of day.

    The TV is a smart TV so you can watch your favorite shows on Netflix, Hulu, Youtube TV, etc. There is also a washer and dryer in unit.

    AC is set up in the summer months when the weather is warm.

Great location. Very clean, quiet, and comfortable apartment. Perfect for my needs this trip. Safeway across the street for convenient grocery run and street parking (with pass provided) worked out very well. Brandon was quick to respond to messages both before and during the stay. Would def stay again and recommend to others!

Great location! Just make sure you check the location of the apartment. There are several apartment buildings in the area. There is also a large grocery store across the street. Plenty of street parking. Absolutely gorgeous apartment but very small. Perfect for one or two guests.

I stayed at this property for 10 days during my condo remodel. This apartment and the building itself were very clean. The apartment, although small, was well appointed and comfortable. Permit street parking was easy to find nearby. The location can't be beat with multiple buses to downtown available just around the corner, and restaurants, grocery stores and the Seattle Center within easy walking distance.

The place was super clean and updated. The rooftop had a gorgeous view of the space needle on one side and the water on the other. The location was very walkable or public transit was easily accessible.

It was great place to stay giving the area being close to most things. However there was a lot of commotion from people outside. The AC can only be used in the summer months which led to the room being warm. It was quiet overall and host was very responsive when we had questions
