This cozy Lower Queen Anne apartment has everything you need to make your stay in the Emerald City as comfortable as possible and is within walking distance to Climate Pledge Arena, Space Needle, Olympic Sculpture Park, and more! A Safeway grocery store is directly across the street. The apartment is on the quiet side of the building so you can relax in peace. Free coffee and tea are included. Your stay includes a street parking pass\*. And did we mention rooftop access with amazing views?!  
  
\*Do be aware that sometimes street parking can be difficult to find depending on the time of day.  
  
The TV is a smart TV so you can watch your favorite shows on Netflix, Hulu, Youtube TV, etc. There is also a washer and dryer in unit.  
  
AC is set up in the summer months when the weather is warm.
