Conveniently located, you’re just 3 minutes (1 mile) from Downtown Redmond and 2 minutes (0.5 mile) from Bella Bottega Shopping Center with dining, shops, and a movie theater. Marymoor Park is only 7 minutes (2.5 miles) away for outdoor activities, trails, and summer concerts. For work or commuting, you are within walking distance to Microsoft and Nintendo (0.6 mile to Microsoft RedWest and 1 mile to other Microsoft Buildings and Nintendo).  
  
Quick access to SR-520 makes it easy to reach Bellevue in 15 minutes (9 miles) or downtown Seattle in 25 minutes (16 miles).  
  
Getting Around:  
Public transit is nearby, with bus routes and the Redmond Transit Center offering connections to Bellevue and Seattle. State Route 520 makes commuting to Microsoft and other nearby areas simple, and Interstate 405 connects you to neighboring cities. The neighborhood is perfect for walking and biking, with trails and Marymoor Park nearby. Bella Bottega and Downtown Redmond are just a short drive away for shopping, dining, and entertainment.
