"They need to drop the word “resort.” The room was fine—tiny but clean, tucked between an ocean view room and the interior hallway, so very dark and non-resort. I had the privilege of listening to families leaving the pool until 10pm and then cleaning staff rolling carts starting at 6am. If you book this “resort” be sure to ask for a top floor with a view."

"This is our second time staying here and we had a great time. Everything worked and was clean. The only thing was the pool wasn't open the whole weekend. But other than that we look forward to our next stay here."

"We stayed one night at the Hi-Tide and it was perfect for a quick weekend getaway to the beach. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and we loved the fresh cookies in the lobby. The room was clean and comfortable. We had one small issue with the heat working, but staff immediately brought us extra blankets and maintenance fixed it very fast. We would definitely stay again!"

"Clean room for a quick stay. Did notice some mold around the back door caulking, assuming from the rainy weather. Can tell from the smell of the room that it’s pet friendly. Overall it was a good stay, would use again. Only 10 mins from cannon beach too"

"The room was very clean. Some of the more affordable hotels at the beach are a little musty. This place was not at all musty. They said the front desk was 24/7, but I kind of had to take their word for it because there were no issues that ever required getting a hold of them! The three times I did talk to them (check in and check out and getting some extra Keurig pods), they were super nice and very efficient. Breakfast was way more food than I was expecting for a "continental" breakfast. There was sausage and eggs and a pancake machine and biscuits and gravy for warm stuff. There was cereal and fruit and yogurt. There was a drink station with coffee, tea, and juice. I'm probably forgetting some stuff. Suffice it to say, there was a breakfast room with lots of varied food. Anyway more thumbs, to give this place the thumbs up they deserve! 10 outta 10! No notes!"

"This property is clean with a friendly and helpful staff. It's only a 5 to 10-minute walk to the beach. It's situated just off the main street where all the restaurants and shops are located. The room has a microwave and a small fridge; we had plenty of space for our snacks and drinks. I would stay here again for the money we paid. :)"

"It's a nice property right in the middle of the tourist section of Seaside. Park the car, check in, and walk to the beach plus many good stores, restaurants, bars. It's annoying that it was almost twice as expensive as last year at this time. As with any hotel, the morning coffee is meh at best, from here it's worth the block walk to bagels by the sea for coffee (I am in no way affiliated with bagels by the sea)."

"The beds were uncomfortable the pillows were flat as a pancake! The shower curtain rod had tape all over it. My son road one of the rental bikes and the belt came off 3 blocks down the road. The pool had sand all in the bottom of it .. so nasty. The only thing I would say the things we did enjoy was the fire pits outside and the breakfast was grate other then that I would never stay here again for the price of 230. The refrigerator in the bedroom wasn't even turn on. But the staff was super friendly!"
