    This newly appointed Seaside gem is perfect for a small family or a few friends to get away for some rest, relaxation, and a little vitamin "sea".😊
    Get all comfy in front of the massive flat screen and if tv isn't your thing it's mounted right above a beautiful gas fireplace. Just perfect for those balmy beach nights.
    The Kitchen is fully loaded with dishwasher and full size stove and refrigerator. Cook and bakeware is provided to prepare meals for 6 guest. The deck just outside the kitchen has a gas grill, picnic table and plenty of seating. There is also a waffle iron and insta-pot for your convenience.
    This house is made for and appointed for guests comfort. Have a seat on the front deck and enjoy the quiet and listen to the waves lapping at the shore, or retire to the living room and the cozy sectional where you can sink in and catch a movie. The back deck has a grill and picnic table or play games or put a puzzle together at the dining room table. Even prepare a gourmet meal in the fully stocked Kitchen. We loved that the back yard had a raised deck and the area was fenced safely below for our pups! On the front porch we could view the sunset over the boardwalk and dunes. The home surpassed our expectations.

Very cozy and inviting. The house had everything we needed and more. So close to the beach, a good amount of space for the six of us (5 adults and one teen). It was much bigger than it looked online and so full of charm. Have already recommended it and definitely would stay again!

In addition to its great location in Seaside, the Orca Beach House was everything we expected and more. It was very clean and featured all of the amenities one would need to enjoy an elevated and low-stress experience. We had plenty of space for our family of four and would highly recommend the Orca Beach House for anyone traveling to the area.

This rental is amazing. The location is perfect, the actual home is adorable and it is so perfectly detailed inside from furnishings to everything you can need on a vacation. Every inch is so thoughtfully designed and cozy. Even a beautiful fenced yard for our pups to safely go outside and located on a peaceful street just steps from the beach. We had such a lovely stay and will absolutely stay here again.

The home is well-equipped and fully stocked with all necessary household items (even coffee). Its location is ideal for walking to the beach or downtown. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our week in Seaside at Orca Beach House.

We loved our stay here and would absolutely stay again. The window seat was a highlight! Home is comfortable, cozy and very close to the promenade (maybe 5 houses off?) which made walking to the beach with all your stuff super easy. We will be back.

The property's location was a half a block to the promenade walkway and the trail to the beach. Home is very nice, clean and the beds are very comfortable. Nice back deck and yard for the dog.

The whole home is so well equipped. Phone chargers and outlets everywhere. Loved the coziness of the home and all the great decorations to look at. Dog loved the backyard!! Just one of the best VRBO we have every stayed. Beds were so comfortable and the couches too.. Will stay here again for sure. Thanks for making our visit and stay so wonderful

The orca house felt very clean. They thought of every amenity you could need. The best part is how close you are to the beach and also to downtown. The front decks are perfect to sunbath and enjoy the water view. We will definitely be coming back.

Home was VERY clean and well maintained. The kitchen had all the needed amenities and spices. This was easily one of the best beach homes we have stayed at. The location was wonderful with easy access to the beach and a leisurely 10 minute walk to the main Seaside shopping and food. We would definitely stay here again!
