Immaculate Airy Retreat 500ft to Beach & Boardwalk

Welcome to Immaculate Airy Retreat in North Seaside Heights, situated less than a block to the beach and boardwalk. Perfect for a romantic getaway or small family vacation. Prime location for restaurants, shops, go-karts, mini-golf, waterpark, amusements and attractions. 4 beach badges and off street parking for 1 vehicle are provided. Accommodates up to 4 guests, with one queen size bed and one queen size sofa bed. We provide all of the amenities of home to make your stay a pleasant one!

Immaculate Airy Retreat is a clean & peaceful 1 bedroom/1 bathroom condo by the beach. The condo boasts a spacious open floor plan and plenty of natural light all day long! Each guest is provided with freshly cleaned pillows, blankets, sheets, bath towels and beach towels! Additionally, we provide a fully equipped kitchen with complimentary coffee bar offering k-cups, tea, sugar, creamer, to-go cups and a cookie jar. We also provide toilet paper, paper towels, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, iron/ironing board, 2 Tommy Bahama beach chairs, 1 Tommy Bahama beach umbrella, a few sand toys, a beach bag, variety of classic board games, cards, dominos, books and 2 TVs equipped with Amazon fire stick (Guests are to log into their own streaming accounts for use during their stay). 1-Gig Wi-Fi speed is provided and is great for working remotely!

Simply unpack your bags and enjoy your stay! We offer all of the amenities of home to make your stay a pleasant one!

Ease of entry for guests by using a smart lock for unlocking/locking entry door. Guest will be provided with a unique access code. Additionally, a key for the garbage dumpster and elevator are provided.

Guests have access to a shared laundry room on second floor, elevator access, indoor staircase/outdoor staircase, bike rack, dumpster, BBQ Grill and outdoor seating on balcony. Off street parking is available for one vehicle in the parking lot(Spot A-6). A Seaside Heights parking pass is also provided for an additional free parking spot on the street(Paid municipal parking is enforced from April 1st to October 31st). Please note, the parking pass cannot be used on Ocean Terrace or any street end off of Ocean Terrace. 4 seasonal beach badges are provided($260 value).

Everything you need is within walking distance! Make a right out of the parking lot and walk less than 500ft, 1 minute to Seaside Heights Beach/Boardwalk and Atlantic Ocean. Make a left out of the parking lot and walk 10 minutes, half mile to Sunset Bay Beach, where you can watch the sunset over Barnegat Bay; it's truly magnificent!
Off street parking is available for one vehicle in the parking lot(Spot A-6). A Seaside Heights parking pass is also provided for an additional free parking spot on the street(Paid municipal parking is enforced from April 1st to October 31st). Please note, the parking pass cannot be used on Ocean Terrace or any street end off of Ocean Terrace.

Please review and understand all house rules before requesting to book. By confirming a booking, guests are confirming the receipt, knowledge, and compliance to all rules below.

House Rules:
No pets.
No smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes allowed.
No prom, graduation or group party rentals.
No underage drinking.
No subleasing/third party booking.
Minimum of 25 years of age to rent.

There is absolutely no smoking or vaping of any kind inside the condo, outside on the balcony or anywhere else on the property. This includes cigarettes, marijuana, e-vaping, etc. Smoking will not be tolerated and any smell of smoke in the condo will result in a $250 fee.

We do not accept any prom, graduation, event groups, or third-party bookings. We only accept families and adult couples. The primary renter must be 25 years of age or older and must be staying on the property.

NO PETS. If a pet is not disclosed to the host or is sneaked in the guest is at risk of their stay being terminated, without refund.

Quiet time: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM:
Keep indoor noise reasonable, no loud music and no loud outdoor noise for the respect of neighbors during these times.

We expect that our guests to treat the condo as if it were their own home by leaving it in the same condition as you found it. The cleaning fee ensures every guest is provided with an immaculately cleaned and disinfected home, clean bedding and clean towels.

Additionally, we ask:
Ensure all garbage is placed in the dumpster. Do not leave garbage on the balcony for any period of time. All garbage is to be placed in the dumpster, not on top of it, or around it.
Please close stairwell doors behind you.
Do not remove the pillow or mattress protectors.
Do not hang towels or clothing outside over chairs/railing or inside over glass shower door.
Do not dump/shake your sand inside, on the balcony or in the parking lot.
Do not flush anything down the toilet, except for toilet paper.
Do not mail or order packages to the address.
When using A/C or heat, keep all windows and doors closed.
Upon any damage or malfunction to the unit or it's contents, please contact the host immediately for prompt repair.

Fees:
Smoking, vaping or smell of smoke inside the condo will result in a $250 fee.
Sneaking in a pet without disclosing to host, will result in a $25 fee, per night.
Unreturned beach badges will result in a $100 fee, per badge.
Unreturned parking pass will result in a $300fee.
Lost beach badges, parking pass, smell of smoke and any damages/stolen items will be taken from the security deposit.
If more guests than the number of guests mentioned on the reservation are present, there will be a $100 fee, per extra guest.
Any rented/purchased movies will be charged to the guest.

Host is not responsible for safety of guest(s) during duration of stay. Guests are to maintain a safe environment. Host is not liable for any injuries that may occur on or near site. By booking, guests are confirming the receipt, knowledge, and compliance to this statement.

Fantastic
This was our first booking through VRBO and Michael made it very enjoyable. The condo was absolutely perfect for all our needs. With such a short walk to the boardwalk, we were able to park our car the day we arrived and didn’t move it again until the morning we left. The free parking pass (although not needed for our stay) and beach badges (used often) were a nice touch! We also enjoyed the beach chairs and umbrella that were provided! If you’re a fan of the Jersey Shore, you’ll enjoy staying here! Thank you for a memorable trip. We will definitely book again if the opportunity presents itself!

Easter break
My husband and I were looking for a quiet get-away over the Easter weekend, and we did. The apartment, while cozy, was certainly big enough for our needs -- and such a convenient location: close to the beach, restaurants, micro-breweries, grocery store, CVS, boardwalk. Even better, its clear that the hosts have gone out of their way to think about what guests might want/need and provide them, amenities in the bathroom allowed us not to have to run out and get something we might have forgotten. The building was very quiet. We felt like we were on an oasis of calm in the midst of busy lives. Michael was a great host -- very responsive. The apartment is indeed quiet small. If we had lots of bad weather it might have felt a bit cramped, but we were fortunate to have some lovely days and were able to make good use of the ease of the beach and boardwalk for long strolls. We also discovered an excellent micro-brewery and a bar/pizza place that had the best pizza we've had in a long time. The apartment was as clean as any I've ever been in. If you are going during the off-season like we did, you might want to bring your own throw-blanket. We'd seen that suggestion and were glad we did. We used the bench at the table as a coffee-table, since it was just the two of us, and it worked perfectly.

Everything was exactly as advertised! Very well maintained, modern space. Convenient location. Comfortable accommodations. It is clear that the host has the experience and professional know-how when it comes to putting together a comfortable, affordable short stay home away from home. Beautiful condo
The unit was very spacious and the layout provided the privacy you want with a one bedroom. Great location to the beach, restaurants and shops. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely rent again. The owner was quick to respond to questions before booking and had a great layout of the rules and amenities when we arrived. I highly recommend this rental!

We had a very nice “off season” stay. Michael was very attentive and the Unit was exactly as described. As an off season stay, a throw blanket for the living room would have been nice. Immaculate, Convenient, and Close to Beach!
I was beyond pleased with my recent stay at Michael's property. I took a trip by myself with my 5 year old daughter and felt very safe at the building. The property is 1 1/2 blocks from the beach/boardwalk. The season passes to the beach were so convenient to have. Upon entry, the property was very clean and decorated beautifully. I truly felt like I was in a high end rental. The property has everything you need from Keurig to soaps/shampoos to beach towels. I will definitely be coming back next summer!
