Located in the port area, 500m from local shops and 1300m from Arcachon town center, this 48m² two-bedroom apartment is on the 2nd floor of a well-maintained building with an elevator. It offers direct beach access and features:  
  
\- Living room with sofa and TV, opening onto a furnished terrace with a magnificent sea view.  
  
Open-plan kitchen including: ceramic hob, extractor hood, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine.  
  
\- One bedroom with a double bed (140x190cm) and wardrobe / one bedroom with two single beds (80x190cm) / shower room / separate WC.  
  
Secure underground parking - Cleaning included.  
  
Parties are strictly prohibited in the rental property (indoors and outdoors).

\-Boat trips around the island of birds, cabins on stilts, or crossing to reach Cap Ferret without forgetting fishing trips, or water sports such as windsurfing, water skiing, surfing, or kite surfing.
