The king size bed is very comfortable. However, a family of two adults and two small children occupied the unit above me and there was constant thumping around from early morning to late night. It was a beautiful location. Unfortunately we had one issue. My husband made the bed Saturday morning, and the top sheet had blood on it, down the side that was up against the wall. I will say I did text the customer service, and they got right back to me. They said they would send someone over, but we were going out for the day. They asked how they could help, and I requested that they send another sheet out for us, which they did. So the service was great. It was stocked with everything you might need for a short stay: dish detergent, paper towels, shampoo, soap, TP. The kitchen/dining/living area was open and easy to work in and enjoy. When we arrived, outside the door to the condo was messy - it looked like something had been spilled. I notified Vacasa but they left it to me me to clean myself. Also, the diverter in the shower was broken. The property manager sent someone to check on it but we never heard from them again and it wasn't fixed when we left. I think the condo is great - issues were with Vacasa/management. They sent all the standard messages but didn't come through with communication when there were unexpected issues. ##### Sandra S.
