Located just steps form Pelican Beach and a short walk to the Seabrook Island Club's championship golf courses, Beach Club pools, and fine restaurants, you will love how convenient it is to so many amenities. This villa is on a quiet cul de sac across the street from Pelican Beach. Enter across the outdoor deck with a table for six and gas grill for barbecuing. In the home, hardwood floors, cathedral ceilings, and a wall of windows framing a large oak tree greet you. Bright and welcoming, the living area has new furnishings. Watch your favorite shows or the big game on the Premium 75" wall mounted Samsung OLED TV. Step to the dining area where you can share stories from your day around the table for six. In both the living and dining areas the views of the mature Live Oak trees draped in moss can be seen from the floor to ceiling windows. There is additional seating for 4 at the kitchen counter. The kitchen features custom blue cabinets, a tile floor, & stainless appliances. A pantry, quartz counters, and well stocked cabinets make it easy to prepare meals. Down the hall is a full bath with a shower/tub. It sits convenient to the first floor bedroom. The bedroom has a queen bed and day bed allowing three to sleep comfortably. Sliding doors lead to the large sun deck. Head upstairs to the master bedroom. This large retreat has a king bed, large wall mounted Smart TV, work desk with monitor, a sun deck, and an en-suite bathroom. The bathroom has a large glass enclosed walk-in shower. The separate vanity area has a granite topped cherry vanity. There is plenty of storage in the large closet. Catch some of the sun's rays or listen to the ocean while sipping your coffee and relaxing on this peaceful deck. The main deck of the villa has a table for six. The perfect spot for dining under the stars! There is also a Weber gas grill for your use. This villa is pet friendly for up to one dog with required additional pet fee This is a great villa for golfers, families, or if you are attending a wedding on the Island. Amenity access, allowing you access to the Seabrook Island Club amenities, is INCLUDED at no additional cost in this rental Seabrook Island is a cashless island. Your credit card will be linked to an in-app digital QR code for all purchases. Your QR code also acts as your "key" to enter all Club and Lake House facilities. The kitchen had all the basic necessities as well as a Keurig coffee machine. The living room had a very nice, large, smart TV and there’s a huge gas grill on the deck for grilling. We liked that 2 beach chairs and a beach cart were provided. There were also beach toys and balls for families with children. My only suggestion for the owners would be to provide a few more clothes hangers. There were only 3 in each bedroom closet. Many of the Spinnakers have a gate at the top of the steps on the decks. Since we had a dog with us, we would have loved to sit on the deck with her and not worry about her escaping. A great stay!!! The location was a 5 minute walk to the beach.We walked the beach. The beaches were amazing along with the Dolphins, and the Alligators in the lagoons!We also bicycled around the Island. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we could have asked for. (Items looked new).. beds were comfortable as was living room seating..lots of space to move around. This is our 3rd year staying in a Spinnaker house because it fits our family size and we love the location of the houses on Seabrook. This was the best stay yet. Clearly a new rental. Everything in the home was brand new from grill to appliances. The beds were very comfortable and everything was spotless upon arrival. Thank you for a great stay! ##### Austin O.
