The bedsheets had dirt on them, and the room was filled with mosquitoes. The food was below average for an all-inclusive resort, although they did offer a variety of options. I stayed in an oceanfront room.
On the positive side, the beach was amazing and very clean, and the pool was nice. However, the resort was overcrowded, with a mix of locals and international tourists.
This was our fourth time staying at this hotel because of its convenient location near Santo Domingo. However, if you can afford to spend a little extra and don’t mind driving a bit farther, I would recommend choosing a resort in Punta Cana or Puerto Plata instead.
If you’re traveling on a budget, though, this resort is still worth considering for the price. You get what you pay for!
