Practical upside down design for this location. Very well managed - all appliances are in perfect condition. The house has everything you need to make you feel at home, even a map of local trails if you like to wander around the area.It's good that it is not at a front ocean line - quiet and warm at night despite nonstop breeze over the ocean.
