There’s a garden/backyard with outdoor seating to take in the fresh ocean air and sea views. You’ll also find an in-home washer and dryer for quick clean-ups, a stereo system for easy listening, and an EV charger for added convenience. When you’re ready to explore, community amenities and coastal highlights are just a short drive away. The location of the house was amazing as it is next to the playground and three different types of ocean access! The short walk down to the beach was perfect during the mornings. There was a small issue with the hot tub but the property managers quickly responded and we got it working. The wind is not an issue in this area of Sea Ranch thanks to the large trees surrounding the property. Walking distance to Shell beach is a plus. The cookware was plentiful, we had no problems preparing all of our favorite dishes. The Weber grill is brand new (always a plus to have a nice functioning grill).
