The property manager, Grand Welcome Sea Ranch, was wonderful! They reimbursed our money immediately. VRBO was slower but eventually reimbursed their fee. But they would not cancel the reservation. I called three times and they said they would "elevate the matter" and "get it done". Nothing happened. Then they sent me an email entitled: "All set for your trip to Santa Barbara" for this reservation in Sea Ranch! I have used VRBO for decades but noticed that they have been getting less reliable.
