Free bottled water 24-7 may not seem like a perk to some but it’s the little things that add up. Beautiful location on the Navesink even with lots of construction in the area, there is valet parking and once inside you hear nothing! Highly recommended this wonderful hotel! "

"Overall, it was a good, solid place to stay for more than a week. Laid back, and staff that didn't bother you. Nice location, right on the water. No coffee machine in the office nor in the room, so visit Dave at Ma's across the street for a good cup of coffee and a hearty breakfast. A little further down is a 7-11. Avoid Boathouse401 at all costs. They call cops at the drop of a hat. "

"Very cool place with spacious rooms, foosball, lollipops, books and reading chairs, very chill staff. It is a historic building and well-maintained. All kinds of places to eat very close, which is also great."

"A lovely modern hotel with clean rooms and friendly, helpful staff. A short walk from the boardwalk and bars and restaurants but just set back far enoughso that it is in a quiet location. Would definitely book there again if I return to Asbury Park."

"Towels were more like rags, same for the blankets. There was no streaming services so we watched old old shows on cable TV. Staff was nice and friendly. Would not recommend."
