"Difficult to access the building as instructions for keypad unclear. Very difficult to open door of apt with the combination lock. I recommend to arrive beofre 18:00 as no reception to help you check in. Flat was very cleaned, quiet, nice furnishings and appliances. Very comfortable bed."

"Super hotel. Great rooms with attention to detail. Fab breakfast. Evening meal delicious. Good location to explore the city. Maybe consider a 'no guest phone calls' rule in the dining room for the benefit of the other guests. Taking calls - especially on speaker phone - is just rude and spoils the atmosphere the hotel has tried hard to create!"

"It's hard to remember if I've ever encountered more friendly, helpful and efficient staff, especially when we'd left, but after a cancelled plane, had to rebook another night at very short notice. The hotel is very well located for all of the walking around you might want to do, and is barely 30 mins/E25 Uber from the airport. The breakfast was terrific, and the Italian restaurant provided the best meal of the holiday. My wife tells me the pool was lovely! Can't recommend highly enough, and I'd never stay anywhere else in Porto."
