The one staff person was kind and checked me in easily. The room was clean. The bathroom floor was nicely polished, therefore made it so slippery after my shower. When you step into the tub, it is much higher than the floor. When I stepped out, it was not what I expected and fell. Fortunately I didn't get hurt. Breakfast was not included. And the pool didn't have water in it. I don't know where the outdoor pool was that they advertised having access to. The front doors were not automated. Right outside the front doors, were 2 room-sized waste baskets, collecting water from somewhere. I almost tripped over them twice. Not a good impression. It was quiet, however, since there were very few people there. I don't recommend.

Other than being a little tricky to find the entrance, we were very satisfied with our stay at the Scottsbluff Inn. The staff was super friendly and helped recommend places to eat. They are undergoing some updates and renovations, and the pool was out of service. Our room was very clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again if I was in the area.

The room was clean and bed was ok, however in description it said king bed, it was a double. The lady at front desk was nice. The building needs a lot of work and we felt unsafe with the side door just being propped open for just anyone to come in and out of.

So lets put it this way it was a place to sleep for what I was in town for. No continental breakfast as advertised, no cups in room or ice bucket, smelled of cat urine strong in hall way, no coffee at all anywhere, over all it was in rough shape but room was ok, sketchy people hanging around the property. Would not recommend for a family with children or a female traveling alone.

Stay away!

The Scottsbluff in used to be the fanciest hotel in Scottsbluff but now it’s so run down. The bathroom smelled like urine even though it appeared to be clean. The breakfast pathetic and night desk person not knowledgeable at all. Definitely don’t stay there if you have children.

Do not stay here!!

My driver checked in about midnight and they wouldn’t give him a room. Said they had no reservation when I sent him the receipt to show them they still wouldn’t even look at it. What a joke of a place. He never stayed there and went to the place next door.

The room was unswept with hair and dirt everywhere. There were no towels and the surfaces were grimy. On my last day a hotel guest walked out because their room had bedbugs. I would never stay here again.

Customer service was terrible. No one at front desk ever. Had to call a number to talk to the front desk person. Shower curtain was broke, had to ask for towels and wash cloths. Would not recommend this place at all. Use to be a good place to stay. Not anymore
