Great hotel, fantastic food
really nice hotel, very friendly staff and comfortable rooms I must congratulate the hotel on the food. I travel a lot in Europe and the food was first class, with great service.

Great hotel - excellent service!
We had an excellent 2 night stay at this hotel. We arrived by bicycle and were provided secure bike storage and an opportunity to hose down our bikes. The front desk staff were extremely friendly and service was excellent. Would highly recommend the hotel dining room - great service and excellent food. A pleasant hotel
A pleasant hotel. WiFi is good, very close to train station and outlet mall. Room was comfortable. Restaurant was good but I found the breakfast to be limited. There is no AC but the did provide a fan upon request. My only real complaint is the pillowcase and duvet cover are a textured fabric and a bit rough. I would bring my own bedding for my next stay.

Nice stay for business trip
Nice stay for business trip to that area of Switzerland. Wifi worked ok. However the restaurant was not exceptional and it was quite pricy for european standards. During the check-in at 19.00 I had to wait 20 minutes because there was nobody available and they made me wait ridiculously long.

Two facilities lacking
Everything was fine except that there was no facility to make a hot drink in the morning which was always the case in the other hotels I have stayed in. Seconly there were no extra pillows so I could not sit up comfortably and watch the television or haave a drink.

Diese Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen! Frisch renoviert, und gepflegt und im Restaurant so wie beim Frühstück sehr kompetentes so wie freundliches Personal. Das self Check In, ist voll in meinem Sinn wenn ich geschäftlich unterwegs bin. Das System funktioniert einwandfrei und ist schnell bedient.

Hotel con self check-in . La camera era grande e pulita , ma senza alcuna personalità e molto sterile . Cuscini del letto pessimi , ma non si poteva chiederne la sostituzione in quanto in albergo non c‘è personale . Colazione minimalistica e con prodotti poco interessanti e gustosi . Per il prezzo pagato non va bene . Sorry .

Très propre, Très calme. Pour le check in il n'y a personne à la réception, uniquement une borne électronique, mais Très facile à l'utilisation. Il y a une hotline si l'on désire parler à quelqu'un en cas de questions ou problèmes. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est tout simplement parfait, pour tous les goûts. Personnel Très sympa.

Un po' problematico all'inizio, ma una volta capito come funziona tutto va bene. Ci tornerei. Colazione super. La mia camera era poco illuminata, ma ne ho vista un'altra che aveva più lampade.

Wir können das Hôtel sehr empfehlen, einzig das Einchecken am Automat ist etwas unpersönlich. Alles andere top! Super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.
