« Traveling around Germany by car and wanted a place with safe parking in safe area. This was perfect. Apartment 1 was perfect for three adults to spread out and enjoy. Unfortunately didn’t have time for pool or sauna but everything was clean and never needed to contact management for a problem. Courtyard area would make this hotel perfect for family with children as the area was enclosed and room for little ones to run around Will stay here again when visiting friends in Kulmbach »

« La décoration de cet hôtel n'est certes pas au goût du jour mais l'établissement est très confortable et dispose d'un espace piscine + sauna très vaste et agréable. Situé en pleine nature mais à proximité de Bayreuth, c'est un hâvre de tranquillité. Le restaurant est tout à fait convenable. A proximité, également, un petit village où l'on trouve grande et petites tables, pour topus les goûts et tous les budgets. »

"L'hôtel a changé de propriétaire il y a quelques temps et malheureusement le service n'est plus du tout à la hauteur. Les 2 jeunes femmes a l'accueil ont étés accueillantes, ce qui n'a pas était le cas du réceptionniste homme et nous avions demandé le service de ménage pour les 3 jours rien n'a était fait et la personne nous a mis dans les bras, serviettes, papier toilette et mouchoir et debrouillez vous. Nous sommes plusieurs a y avoir séjourné au même moment et etant tous les ans présent pour un salon, nous n'y reviendront pas."
