We didn't like the shower in our room, and there were quite a few stairs to our elevator which was difficult with luggage. I really would have stayed longer if we could. "When i asked for toothbrush ,and sewing kit through the phone the lady answered me exactly go and bring for your self from the reception, i told her i am unable now to go down she said you to have to collect it by yourself self we dont have anybody to bring it to you. When i went down she didnt find and said wait i will send it with someone, she even didnt say excise me or sorry for that. Stuff was very bad, taught unfriendly "
